Resourceful Parents (“RP”), which is owned by Personalized Learning Games Inc., is committed to the privacy of its users.  You can visit www.resourcefulparents.com (“Site”) without revealing any personal information.  RP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and without prior notice, by posting an amended Privacy Policy on the Site.  RP encourages you to review this policy periodically for any updates.

Email communications and related services
RP may provide you with the opportunity to receive communications from us.  Email communication that you send to RP may be shared with the staff person at RP that is most able to address your inquiry.  RP makes every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communications are received.  Once we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the nature of the inquiry.

The email functionality on the Site does not provide a completely secure and confidential means of communication.  It is possible that your email communication may be accessed or viewed by another Internet user while in transit to us.  If you wish to keep your communication private, do not use our email.  This Policy does not apply to content, business information, ideas, concepts, or inventions that you send to RP by email.  If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts, or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to RP.

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties.  RP has no control over the privacy policies and practices of such third party sites, and if you have any concerns, you are urged to review the terms of those sites for more information about the policies applicable to those sites.

You can visit the Site without revealing any personal information.  RP does use cookies to track site usage information in the aggregate.  RP does not use cookies to collect or store personal information about Site visitors.

Aggregate information
RP uses general traffic, Site usage, and length-of-stay information in reports to sponsors and firms with which RP has a business relationship.  This sort of information is shared only in aggregate and does not personally identify you.  Depending on the circumstances, RP may or may not charge third parties for this aggregate Information.

Children’s privacy
We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we know to be under the age of 13, and we are in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

Information disclosure
Except as described in this Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, RP will not disclose any personally identifiable information it gathers from you on our website or through the use of optional RP services.  RP only releases personally identifiable information to third parties: (1) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, or court order; or (2) in special cases, such as in response to a physical threat to you or others, to protect property or defend or assert legal rights.  In the event that we are legally compelled to disclose your data to a third party, we will attempt to notify you unless doing so would violate the law or court order.
